1. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적
Tera(이하 "회사")는 KiKee 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 제공하기 위해 다음과 같은 목적으로 개인정보를 수집 및 이용합니다:
- 회원 관리: 회원 가입, 본인 확인, 회원 자격 유지·관리
- 서비스 제공: 실시간 위치 추적, 장소 알림, 가족 채팅, 디바이스 모니터링
- 서비스 개선: 신규 서비스 개발 및 맞춤형 서비스 제공
- 고객 지원: 문의 및 불만 처리, 공지사항 전달
2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
2.1 필수 수집 항목
- 이메일 주소 (회원 가입 및 로그인)
- 사용자 이름 (서비스 내 표시)
- 위치 정보 (실시간 위치 추적)
- 디바이스 정보 (배터리 상태, WiFi 연결, 권한 설정)
2.2 자동 수집 항목
- 기기 고유 식별자 (Device ID)
- 앱 버전, 플랫폼 정보 (Android/iOS)
- FCM 토큰 (푸시 알림)
- 서비스 이용 기록
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
- 회원 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유
- 위치 정보: 수집 후 3일간 보관 (자동 삭제)
- 활동 기록: 수집 후 30일간 보관 (자동 삭제)
- 채팅 메시지: 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 보관
단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 원칙적으로 사용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다:
- 사용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
- 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우
5. 개인정보 처리 위탁
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다:
- Firebase (Google): 데이터베이스, 인증, 푸시 알림, 호스팅
6. 정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법
사용자는 다음과 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다:
- 개인정보 열람 요구
- 개인정보 정정 및 삭제 요구
- 개인정보 처리 정지 요구
- 회원 탈퇴 (앱 내 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제)
7. 개인정보의 파기
회사는 개인정보 보유 기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.

Tera (hereinafter "Company") collects and uses personal information for the following purposes to provide KiKee service (hereinafter "Service"):
- Member Management: Member registration, identity verification, maintenance and management of membership
- Service Provision: Real-time location tracking, place notifications, family chat, device monitoring
- Service Improvement: Development of new services and provision of customized services
- Customer Support: Handling inquiries and complaints, delivery of notices
2. Personal Information Items Collected
2.1 Required Items
- Email address (for registration and login)
- Username (displayed within the service)
- Location information (real-time location tracking)
- Device information (battery status, WiFi connection, permission settings)
2.2 Automatically Collected Items
- Device unique identifier (Device ID)
- App version, platform information (Android/iOS)
- FCM token (push notifications)
- Service usage records
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
- Member Information: Retained until membership withdrawal
- Location Information: Stored for 3 days after collection (automatically deleted)
- Activity Records: Stored for 30 days after collection (automatically deleted)
- Chat Messages: Stored until deleted by user
However, if required by relevant laws, information will be retained for the applicable period.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to external parties in principle. However, exceptions include:
- When users have given prior consent
- When required by law or by investigation authorities according to procedures and methods defined by law
5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
The Company outsources personal information processing as follows to provide services:
- Firebase (Google): Database, authentication, push notifications, hosting
6. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Users can exercise the following rights:
- Request to view personal information
- Request correction and deletion of personal information
- Request suspension of personal information processing
- Account deletion (App Settings > Account > Delete Account)
7. Destruction of Personal Information
The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved.
